    • A technical issue on our platform resulted in an incomplete or incorrect transaction.
    • The refund request is made within 14 days of the payment date.
  • Non-Refundable Payments:
    • Refunds are not provided for services that have been fully rendered or completed.
    • Administrative fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    • Submit your refund request via email to info@ormbs.com with your order ID and payment receipt attached.
    • Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
