Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your service subscriptions or reservations.

  • Cancellation Conditions:
    • Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
    • One-time service reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • How to Cancel:
    • Log in to your account on our platform and navigate to the “Manage Subscriptions” or “Reservations” section to request a cancellation.
    • Alternatively, email us at info@ormbs.com with your request and account details.
  • Refund for Cancellations:
    • Eligible cancellations made within the required timeframes may be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
