• Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
• One-time service reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

How to Cancel:

Log in to your account on our platform and navigate to the �Manage Subscriptions� or �Reservations� section to request a cancellation.

Refund for Cancellations:

Eligible cancellations made within the required timeframes may be refunded as per our Refund Policy
